Spring 2011, getting ready for an opening during the Carly Ivan Garcia exhibit. Established in January or 2009, Driftwood Salon owners Camille Ochoa and Anthony Macias are both artists working for the arts. Their main goal is to promote the kind of art that aims to engage the viewer to examine life and the world we live in today. Whether it’s on a political, environmental, or emotional level, they strive to create a place where art can dig deeper into your consciousness and leave you in an invigorated state. It is our mission to bring you something different and unexpected from our art gallery/studio each month, while simultaneously try and promote sustainability and creativity in every way we can.
The gallery is made from all recycled, reused, and/or salvaged materials, and this is a direct result of us wanting to show the world how beautiful and useful recycling can be.
